Question: How can I cancel my subscription?
Answer:Go to Home Page and click Contact, and send email to admin to cancel your Subscription.
Question: Is there a set up fee?
Answer: Yes, there is one time Set Up Fee $2.00.
Question: May I upgrade ?
Answer: Yes, click UPGRADE when you exceed the limit and get a Message.
Question: May I have multiple accounts?
Answer: Yes, however you need a different email address as each account requires a different email address.
Question: Are leads put into the system for us or do we do that ourselves?
Answer: You upload your own leads into the system.
Question: How long does it take for my leads to be sent?
Answer: In most cases it should only be around 12 hours or less.
Question: Are leads included with my membership?
Answer: No, you can purchase OPT-IN Leads from us or use your own OPT-IN Leads.
Question: Do you pre-screen the leads by sending an email to have the leads DOUBLE OPT-In.?
Answer: No.
Question: Can I get REFUNDS when I cancel my Subscription?
Answer:
No REFUNDS are issued to anyone. You are agreeing that you are purchasing access to the Services by Autoresponder Service by your own accord without any coercion or intimidation by anyone associated with or not with this Service. The membership gives you access to the Service, there will be no refunds on any payments. It will be at our discretion if we choose to make any refunds. In addition, you agree not to attempt to charge back or dispute any charges made by this Service. to your credit card, or any other payment processing listed at this Service. today or in the future. You agree that if you pay monthly, your payment will be paid to this service. every 30 days from your initial membership start date and that you will faithfully pay each payment.
THERE ARE NO REFUNDS. IF YOU SUBMIT A CHARGEBACK, we will add your contact information to our Global Blacklist and you no longer will be able to register for the services provided by us. Charge backs damage our reputation as an electronic merchant and make it harder to do business online. We respond to all requests in less than 24 hours.
Question: What format of leads do you take?
Answer: We currently take .csv, .txt, .xls, and .cwk. However, if you can get your leads in any format, .csv is always the best format to get them in.
